Cocktail Server

Provide friendly, gracious, motivated, detail oriented and responsive service to create a memorable experience for all of our guests. We will provide genuine old fashioned hospitality with a sense of urgency. Each server's primary objective is to deliver a superlative guest experience for our guests. Know and follow the Ranch Service Standards. Servers will be experts in the proper service and understanding of food, wine and spirits. Bartending experience a plus.

Saloon Manager

Qualified Candidates will have:
  • Must be ServSafe certified .
  • Demonstrates a strong awareness and concern for food quality,safety, and cleanliness
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize systems and perform duties within established structure.
  • Consistently makes high quality decisions based on experience, policy and procedure, or knowledge of the setting
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
  • Ability to operate restaurant equipment

Cashier / Guest Services

Will take payment from customers for The Ranch merchandise, cover charge and concert tickets. 2 years cashiering experience required. Attention to detail a must. Provide superior customer service in person and over the phones. Evening and weekend hours.


Assistant Events Coordinator

As an Assistant Events Coordinator you will work closely with Private Events and Catering Managers in fielding inquiries, communicating with guests, detailing event REOs and completing event follow up/wrap up. In addition, the Assistant Events Coordinator will have opportunities to work various onsite events.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • High school diploma or GED certificate; hospitality and restaurant management certification or college degree preferred.
  • Embrace teamwork within the restaurant, creating a positive work environment
  • Correspond via email and telephone with potential and existing guests, maintaining warm, friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Field event inquiries and assist with drawing up contracts and proposals.
  • Assist Event Management with menus and signage for all events, greetings guests at the start of their event and ensuring that all service standards are carried out for impeccable food, beverage and guest accommodation.
  • During events lead service by participating in pre-shift meeting, maintaining professional communication with team members, managing pre-determined shift hours
  • Work closely with our Marketing team to promote private dining spaces and catering through social media, update website and intercompany outlets.
  • Work closely with Chef de Cuisines, Sous Chefs and Managers to maintain understanding and knowledge of all offerings as they change seasonally
  • Will update all calendars and maintain consistent communication with all Managers & Chefs regarding availability.
  • Distribute event BEOs to the kitchen and restaurant FOH team daily.
  • Must have food handlers' card
  • Ability to provide exceptional guest service with strong communication and follow through skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple activities with attention to detail, strong organization and time management skills..

Host / Hostess

Welcome and warmly greet guests on arrival. Manage the efficient and timely seating of our guests to a table that best serves their wishes. This involves ushering, answering guest's questions and answering phones. Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment while providing genuine old fashioned hospitality. Open Table experience is a plus. Full time positions available.

Line Cook

All Cooks are responsible for delivering the highest quality food and service. Cooks are responsible for following Company recipes at all times as well as:

  • Demonstrate and promote The RANCH culture, always positively representing the Company
  • Embrace teamwork within the restaurant, creating a positive work environment
  • Must be able to communicate clearly with his/her managers and his/her teammates
  • Maintain the high level of food quality and standards established by the Executive Chef
  • Properly execute all recipes
  • Ability to perform all essential duties during a lengthy, high-volume and high-pressure service
  • Execute food production and plating, according to stated spec and timing
  • Maintain a clean, clutter free and organized station at all times
Qualified Candidates will have:
  • Culinary degree preferred, with 1 year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Up to date sanitation classes

You will support the restaurant staff by delivering any needed items. While also assuring overall guest service and a clean working environment that meets local, state and federal regulations and guidelines regarding safety and sanitation. Strong communication is a must as you will work closely with the managers, kitchen staff, bartenders and servers to provide guest satisfaction.


Seeking a reliable dishwasher to keep our kitchen staff supplied with clean dishes, pots, pans and utensils. This also includes assisting with any additional cleaning duties within the kitchen area during shift. AM and PM shifts available.
